A lot of studies have found that "post-abortion trauma" is bogus, that is, women feel guilt and depression because they're told that abortion is evil.
There is good reason to believe that the feelings of regret and sadness, and the rest of the psychological effects, would be next to nothing if not for the cultural stigma surrounding terminating a pregnancy (Levine, Harmful to Minors, 2003).
For this information I'd sooner trust an objective medical source (http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/795001-overview) than an opinion article on a religious website. All the sources cited on that website are at least 15 years old, some of them more than 30 years old, which seriously decreases their credibility and relevance for today's women.
That said, there are undeniable negative effects and risks in terminating a pregnancy. And they could all be avoided altogether if women (and men) had proper access to information about sex/reproduction and reliable contraceptives.
